Question
QUESTION: i have a 81 impala 305 engine i changed the spark plugs and wire and the distributor cap and roter now my car wont start it wont even turn over how can i fix this or find out whats wrong??

ANSWER: What you did has nothing to do with not turning over.  If it won't even crank, check to make sure the batt. is still connected and working OK.  If power is not getting to the starter, see how close to the starter the power gets.  Take a straight pin and stick it through the insulation and use a volt meter to check for power.  Sorry I can't be of much help.  I know Model A's, not Impala's.  Make sure you did not blow a fuse while you were working on it.
Good luck

QUESTION: it wont even turn over just makes a clicking noise right be4 i changed everything i drove it to the store and everything was just fine then and after it was all changed car would not start

Answer
The clicking noise is your starter relay.  This happens when the batt is low, or there is a bad connection at the batt. post.  I bet your lights won't work either.  Tighten the batt posts and make sure you have a good connection at each post.  Your batt might have gone bad while you were working on it.  Not likely, but it could happen.  Get some jumpers and go to the batt cables.  It should start then.  Let me know.

Mandy, the relay could be bad also.  They have a history of giving problems.
