Question
We need to put a spring on the driver door top hinge of a C3 corvette.  Have you ever put a spring on the hinge and is it very difficult?

Answer
I have never done that, but if it involves a spring, be very careful.  Go find a chevy car club and ask them.  Better than that, join the club and you will get a lot of help, and enjoy the car more.  Make sure you have eye protection and someone to help you.  The left and right door systems are not always symmetrical.  Don't get fooled.
