Question
my fuel and temp gauges do not work and I have checked everthing with new parts etc, in my shop book I see they used a constent volt regulator behind the clock, When I put a test light in the center of the plug behing the fuel/temp gauges it flashes instead of staying lite would the volt reg be bad?

Answer
I'm sorry, but I don't know anything about your car.  Go to the wiring diagram and see if you can tell if they used a regulator.  Since they all don't work, it may be the supply voltage that feeds all of them.
Sorry I can't help, but I know Model A's not modern cars.
