hi my toyota echo 2001 car is not starting as technician saying that may be their is problem with security lock system it will be fixed with connecting wthe car with computer it will unlock car they need computer technician as they are very rare available.tell me what i should do?????????????

I don't think I can help you.  Try to contact toyota on the net.  Disconnect the battery and try again after connecting it back up.  See if the panic button works.  Cancel it and try again.  Look in owners manual.
All I can suggest is to go on line and keep asking questions until you find someone who knows about your system.
