QUESTION: I have replaced the master cylinder and brake cylinders. I've bled all wheels but still have no first part of pedal. The front brakes work but the back doesn't. I'm asking could it be air and i'm not bleeding them enough? Thats the 2nd master cylinder could it be bad ones? I believe it has the original booster could that be it? And is there a certain rotation to bleed the brakes, like starting with the front driver and going clockwise? If you can understand what i'm asking i would greatly be gratful. thank you!

ANSWER: Do you by chance have disc brakes on the front end of this car? Let me know.

QUESTION: thank you for you're response. but to answer your question, no, i have drum brakes all the way around. and again i appreciate you time.

I doubt that the brake booster is the culprit. The correct bleeding procedure is to start with the wheel furthest away from the master cylinder first and work towards the master cylinder. that would be the right rear, left rear, right front and finally left front. It is not unheard of for two master cylinders from the same rebuilder to be defective. If the bleeding procedure does not help let me know.
