Question
My husband is a foreign car mechanic who apprenticed in Italy , working on FIAT, but he can't seem to fix this!
My car has developed a clicking sound in the front wheels.
Hubby has checked everything. The front brake pads seem to be slipping!
He gets them fitted correctly again and after a few miles click click all over again.
Please help!
I only drive this car in the summer and the nice weather is approaching.

Answer
Ok, I need a little more information. At what speed does this happen? What happens when you put light pressure on the brake pedal? Has he checked the front wheel bearings to be sure that they are not slightly loose? Let me know. I hope that he is not upset at me for stepping in.
