Question
i have a 1930 model a + ground dose to frame how do i put turn signal on it where dose the flasher go

Answer
I have not installed turn signals on a model A, so I don't think I can help you.  There should be instructions with your kit.  If there is a Model A club near you, contact them and they can help you.  A lot of A's have turn signals.  The positive ground should not matter.  The flasher goes where it will see the current being drawn by the lamps.  I don't think you can hurt anything by trying it different ways.
Sorry I can't help.
Good luck
