Brad, yes the dash board does come; however, you must remove the inside trim from around the windshield, then the screws that holds to dash board in place are visible. There are also two screws on side kick panel(Left and Right) and two screws under steering wheel that holds steering wheel to dash. There may be other screws under your dash if your vehicle has been modified, so check carefully. Just remember to disconnect cables and wires before removing dash board.

Good Luck Brad!!!!
