Classic/Antique Car Repair/vin number

Question
I have a 1949 or 50 Jeepster overlander.I can't find the vin number . Do you have any suggestions on where to find it? Thanks

Answer
There are four possible locations from what I can find. First could be either the left or right side frame rail between the engine compartment and the front of the car. The third is the floor area between the passengers seat and the right door. The last place is up under the dash near the glove box. Good luck.
