Question
I have a 1954 Chevy 1/2 ton pickup and am trying to replace drag link, the pitman arm came loose no prob but at the third arm the nut is off but can't get stud out of arm. is it pressed or threaded into it, also if it makes a dif the end i can't get loose is copper

Answer
ok  I do not wish to tell you to do something that might be wrong but did you soak it up real good with crc or wd40
or did you put heat to it with a torch ? as i do not know if it is pressed on or taped , I tell you what to do is try the guy under the chevy listing as you will see me there also but a 54 front end i never worked on but some things are threaded and some are pressed , also there are a few other guys in the section of vintage cars that might help you sorry i could not help you better good luck  i would spray it up with liqu. wrench or something like it and also try heat, but if you have a local library try and see if thay have any tech. books that can help you. also try e-bay type in chevy trucks 1954.com
