i worked on vettes for years and saw the same problem air in rear brakes only you need to check the lateral runout on the rear rotors if there out to mch 10 thousands or more they cause the pistions in the calipers to move in and out rapidly sucking air in past the pistions seals you can shim the rotor from behind using masking tape sounds goofy but it works great just takes a little time but worth the time and effort
