Classic/Antique Car Repair/master break booster

Question
need to know how to remove a master brake booster from a 64' chev imp. SS. 409 engine

Answer
The first step is to get up under the dash and disconnect the master cylinder push rod from the brake pedal. Then under the dash remove the vacuum lines from the booster. Next disconnect the hydraulic lines from the master cylinder. Locate and remove the four nuts that hold the booster to the firewall and remove the booster. On some cars the nuts are on the inside of the passenger compartment but most are on the engine side. Good luck.
