Answer
Hello Gabriel,

This was the 1961 Italian fantasy-adventure film starring Steeve Reeves as Karim, "The Thief Of Bagdad".

A riddle must be solved to begin the journey of the 7 Gates which will lead to the magical Blue Rose: 'Begin in the East, through the door that is not there.'  Then follows a series of adventures with walking trees, a flying horse, boiling lava, floods and a cloak of invisibility. At the end, he doesn't get the rose back intact, so he takes a white rose and says, "If you love me, this will turn blue?" She replies, "Yes, Karim, it's a blue rose," and then the white rose turns blue.
