the movie im looking for is about workers get trapped underground and they start dying of starvation they start eating the dead ones they cut off one mans arm and he wasnt dead than they were rescued the one that had his arm cut off went back for revenge i think the movie was late 70s are early 80s

That was a 1973 film called "The Severed Arm".
