This is an old movie, where the hero was a very powerful man and his entire strength was his hair.He got a supernatural power due to this reason, he even killed a lion empty hand. His enemies was very much anxious to know the reason of his power and ultimately fix up a lady to find the truth. She played with her passion and eventually came to know about the fact of his hair and she cut off his hairs. The hero was caught helpless and was put into prison. They also made him blind, now the lady felt pity on the hero and tried to help her. she advised her to break the pillar of the wall under which he was imprisoned and the broke the pillar at last and died.
I heard about this movie when I was just a kid from my Grand father and I want to see this movie, would you please help me to find the name of this movie?

Answer
Good day Princ!
That would be Cecil B. DeMille's "Samson And Delilah" (1949).
This film is based on the Biblical account of Samson and Delilah. (Though Highly dramatised as CBD's films usually are. :0) )
There is more than one film by this name and following this story but being that this version is by the once uberfamous director, I have a feeling that this is the one that you're looking for.
Hope that this was helpful!
Cheers!

I can answer almost any question relating to any of the Marx Brothers or their films. Their personal lives were, I believe, twice as interesting as their professional personas.

Experience

I have read many books on the subject including the memoirs of the two most famous Marx Brothers, Groucho and Harpo as well as "Growing up with Chico" the only book written expressly about Chico Marx. Also, I have done exstensive research on all of the brothers, my senior paper being on the subject of their lives.

Publications
The International Library Of Poetry's Anthology series. (I have three poems published)

The International Library Of Poetry's Editor's Choice Award.
