Subject: plane crash movie

Question
Hi my name is jeanette and when I was younger i remember watching a movie about a plane crash i think it was from the 70's or 80's about a plane crash. The pilot of the plane survived and walked around talking to ppl everyone else on the plane died in the crash. He had survivor's guilt as he was hugged by collegues. Then a few weeks later as he walks to the site of the plane he sees his body and realizes that he has died. His body is found in it and ppl realized that he was a ghost they had talked to and that he had actually died in the plane crash. I have been trying to find the name of this movie. Do you have any idea about the movie i am talking about?

Answer
I believe the movie you're remembering is called "Sole Survivor," a 1970 TV-movie. (Also made as a Twilight Zone episode.)  It has not been officially released on DVD, but you can get a copy here:

This is my site, so I guarantee it's for real!
