Question
I once watched a movie on television with my mother (B&W, in the late 60's or early 70's on TV, but film prob made in 50's).  The basic storyline:  A mysterious voice was breaking into radio broadcasts giving moral direction, counsel and asking poignant questions.  In the end, the world learns the voice is that of God Himself.  Trying to find out the NAME of this movie (and who was in it if possible).  THANKS!

Answer
Hi Inga,

Yes, I know the film,  It's an MGM release from 1950 called "The Next Voice You Hear".
( It's a fairly well known "little" film among "movie -buff insiders".  But many have never heard of it.)

It starred James Whitmore and Nancy Davis  (before she became Nancy Reagan), and Gary Gray as their son.

I beleieve you can find  a used VHS version at :   www.amazon.com
