Classic Film/movie answer

Question
"I have already answered this question for you once before."
My below question was a follow-up "memory" to my original question. Your answer initially stated that there was a boy and girl child. This question was merely a chance to give you more information. There is absolutely no need to be rude with your answer.
My Question was:
I submitted a question about two movies. the first was about a family on vacation. I remembered that the oldest daughter was pursued by a military man, but I think that it was the youngest daughter.  The older girl stayed in Europe with an older man/ mentor.  His son or nephew was pursuing her. This is driving me crazy!!
Sorry to disturb you in any way. No need to respond. I will look for a more polite source to communicate with.
With Kindness... enjoy your day.

Answer
Hello again Rheba,

I really feel I must reply to your last email.  I'm sorry that you mistakenly took my answer to your question as being rude.
Firstly, since I honestly didn't know what the title of the movie you described was, I tried to come up with the only film I could think of that was even close.  I realized that Your film had two girls in it,
So when you sent your second request, ...and since I Still couldn't come up with a new answer,.....I simply clicked on one of the AllExperts "ready made" replies that are listed on our reply forms.  Most of these "ready made" replies ARE a bit brief, to the point, and rather impersonal.  (I don't know Who wrote them up.)   I usually don't use them, but this time, in a rush,...did.
I should have written in my own words that,  although you had new information
which might help,...I still couldn't find your film.

Sincerely,

Jim Kason
