Can you identify the black tap dancing act near the end of the film?

I can't actually answer your question for you, but I can come close. If you go to each of the sites below, you'll get a complete cast list of the "Follies of 1938",...and maybe you'll be able to figure out who the dancers were by trial and error. Good luck.
