Hi Mel. movie prob 1950's -1960's about an orphan girl with a pet crow ( black bird). she stoned the bird with several other children in an attempt to become friends , which of course did not happen.

Hello Michelle,

That was a 1975 made-for-TV film called "A Girl Named Sooner". It starred Lee Remick, Richard Crenna, Don Murray, Anne Francis and Susan Deer as the little girl, Sooner. It was directed by Delbert Mann.
