I'm trying to get the title of 2 movies I saw as a child that I would like to see again.  The first one has a plot about a Japanese diplomat in the US before WW 2 meeting an American woman, they fall in love get married have a couple kids then the
war hits.  The family is put in an internment camp in Calif I think.  the movie is from the early 60's I think.  The second movie is from the 40's and it's a romantic comedy.  A blond debutante is having trouble deciding who to marry because she keeps dreaming about an Indian. It turns out that when she was a kid she played with a boy in an Indian costume and that kid is the one she is actually in love with and waiting for.

Your first film sounds like "Bridge To The Sun" from 1961, which starred James Shigeta and Carroll Baker. Have a look here......

The second one is "It Had To Be You" from 1947. This one starred Ginger Rogers and Cornel Wilde.
