i know the plot but need the title. officer assigned to a small island used as a military dump. only friend a pilot that has been forgotten, with the help of the town turns the dump in to a money making resort using the military trash. even top brass enjoys the place until caught. during court Marshall he gets out of trouble because silk from old parachutes was given to generals wife for home drapes and Gen doesn't want that out. this is a comedy probably a "B" movie but it was a lot of fun if i could only get the name...thanks for trying.
