Hello

I wonder if you can help me with a movie title. I keep remembering a movie about a man in prison. He always seemed to run. Inside the yard, then somehow was allowed outside to run. This movie was about this man. It may have been a tv movie, but am not sure. I have tried using keywords to search with, and also tried IMDB.

Does any of this ring a bell?
