Question
I can't remember the title of this movie, but I know it was in black and white, and a guy was in a wheel chair and it was during/about the cold war.  The guy in the wheel chair had no control over his hand/arm and would constantly "accidentally" raise his arm up in the "hile hitler" fashion.  Do you know what movie I'm talking about?

Yes, that film was Stanley Kubrick's "Dr. Strangelove or How I Learned To Stop Worrying And Love the Bomb", which came out in 1964.

The person in the chair was Dr. Strangelove, played by Peter Sellers, who also played two other characters in the film.
