i would like to know where to find this movie to purchase or just to watch - it stares Carey grant and a female actress but not sure of her name and it is black and white

"Penny Serenade" (1941) starred Cary Grant and Irene Dunne. It is widely available on DVD and VHS and can be purchased on-line from www.amazon.com and www.barnesandnoble.com. You will also find many copies available at www.ebay.com.
