Question
Ok, this has really been bugging me, theres this song that is a pretty popular song in terms of classic rock, and ive heard it soo many times, but only when i went to go download it, i couldn't remember anything about the song. ive been asking friends, humming the tune but they cant tell (due to my bad humming skills and guitar sound effects), so im hoping u can help..

its a sort of an Aerosmith/Bon Jovi-esque type song (not saying its either of those two, but its that sort of 80's sounding song) and i dont know how else to explain it, but there is one line i thiiink i remember (i may be totally off) but it goes, "I close my eeeyes and i duh duh duhhh" then goes into a nice sounding guitar riff

this may one of the stupidest questions u've been asked on this, and i know the info ive given u is dismal, but thats the best i could do.

thanks

Answer
If it isn't "More Than A Feeling" by Boston let me know and I will search my head again.
"I closed my eyes and she slipped away............" Is a high vocal part of the song that is kind of a turnaround, it is different than the rest of the song.
"till I see marianne walk away I see my marianne walkin away"

I can answer general questions about rock era bands, record labels they were on, and names of songs. Often I can tell the name of the record company that released a song, as well as the name of the song, and the year of release based on some of the lyrics. I grew up during the rock era and I am a musician myself, and always read the album and 45 info for production credits as well as lineups. One of the chat rooms I go to is quite amused at my ability to name a song along with it`s year of release and record label. I was also a record collector for years.
