Classic Rock/Song Tilte

Question
I heard a song on the radio a few months ago that had my foot tapping.  I listen to a local oldie station and a couple of Sirius stations (50's, 60's, 70's & 8o's) during my hour commute every day.  The chorus was 'hello, hello yellow wheel....'.  I had an image in my head while listening about a band touring on a bus but I could be wrong.  Of course the station didn't announce the title or artist at the time.  I thought it would be easy to find this song again but I can't seem to find anything close to what I heard that time. And I just keep hearing this one line over & over again.
Any help would be appreciated as it has become a mission now.

Answer
If this is  song from the 80s I likely wouldn't know it,  I know mostly rock era stuff.
I tried to do some research to find such a song,  and although there are a lot of songs with the word "yellow"  I could find none that fit your description.
Perhaps if you could think of more about the song, such as another song with the same tempo, the instruments involved, whether it is a dude or a chick singing,  anything that might help.
Also, are you certain about the lyrics?  Could the words actually be something else?

If you are mishearing the lyrics,  I am wondering if you might be describing "Hello Goodbye" by the Beatles.

I can answer general questions about rock era bands, record labels they were on, and names of songs. Often I can tell the name of the record company that released a song, as well as the name of the song, and the year of release based on some of the lyrics. I grew up during the rock era and I am a musician myself, and always read the album and 45 info for production credits as well as lineups. One of the chat rooms I go to is quite amused at my ability to name a song along with it`s year of release and record label. I was also a record collector for years.
