Question
The theme for a litter of golden retriever puppies is Classic rock and roll. I'm getting one of the male puppies and need a registered name and a related call name. For example, the father of these puppies is named Mr. Bo Jangels and his call name is Hobo.



Any suggestions? I'd appreciate it.

  I am not really into dogs, so I may not connect with this real well,   but during the rock era there was a song named "Me and You and a Dog Named Boo"  By Kent Lobo.  
  Three Dog night song titles?
John Fogertys first solo album under his name is called the "Shep" album because it has a picture of his dog Shep on it.
  There is a Pink Floyd video,  I think it is Pompeii.  In the video there is a scene where I think David Gilmour is playing guitar and a dog is howling with it,  but I don't know what that dogs name is.
 Or maybe you are looking to just name dogs after bands or people.
 Perhaps calling them "Hendrix" and "Clapton".  Aeorsmith, Rush, Steppenwolf, Spirit, BTO,
Beatles.  "Old Flat Top"?. Dylan? Fleetwood & Mac?

 You might consider just looking up "top 100 hits" for the various rock era years,  say between 1965 and 1975 and just checking out the names of the bands and  song titles.  I have found quite a few resources in the past for top 100 lists online.
