Question
What is the name of a song that has these words in it.Rainy days and nights and mondays. The words days and nights might be switched around. It is not the Carpenter song.Male singer in a group. The words are in a chorus,maybe.1970-1985(?)It was a top 40 hit at least.I asked someone else here they didn't know it.I hope you can come up with the title.

Answer
I know mostly rock era music, so I don't know as much about 80s music.
I cannot remember a song that has the words "rainy"  and "mondays" and "nights" and "days" in it,  but I have done some research:

Rainy Day Feeling by the Fortunes has "rainy day"  and "monday" in it , but not "nights" or "night"

Rabbitt Eddie - I Love A Rainy Night  has Rainy and Night and Day in it, but not monday.

Michael Martin Murphey - Don't Count The Rainy Days  has rainy days  the word "nights" in it but not "mondays"

I would like to be able to help you more with this,  but I can think of nothing that has all those lyrics.
If you can think of anything else about the song, such as the tempo,  what kind of instruments,  is it more of a rock sound, a country sound, folk sound,  anything descriptive,  please let me know and I will put more thought into it.

I can answer general questions about rock era bands, record labels they were on, and names of songs. Often I can tell the name of the record company that released a song, as well as the name of the song, and the year of release based on some of the lyrics. I grew up during the rock era and I am a musician myself, and always read the album and 45 info for production credits as well as lineups. One of the chat rooms I go to is quite amused at my ability to name a song along with it`s year of release and record label. I was also a record collector for years.
