Question
don't know all the lyrics but here goes. "sentimental ? of you (view)...you're the one...all i need (sung by higher vocal). has the feel of 70's soft rock like firefall or abrosia or england dan/ john coley

Answer
AHH  yes,  I had to think about this one every bit of about ten seconds before I realized the song you are talking about.

There is a guy named Bob Welch that was with Fleetwood Mac years ago,  probably the early seventies.
He wrote and recorded Sentimental Lady with Fleetwood Mac.
It is on the Fleetwood Mac album "Bare Trees"  which is one of the very best Fleetwood Mac albums and one of the best rock albums of all times.

But chances are you heard a different version of the song, it was released as a Bob Welch song.  It was released on his album French Kiss in the late seventies and Sentimental Lady was the hit single from the album.

I can answer general questions about rock era bands, record labels they were on, and names of songs. Often I can tell the name of the record company that released a song, as well as the name of the song, and the year of release based on some of the lyrics. I grew up during the rock era and I am a musician myself, and always read the album and 45 info for production credits as well as lineups. One of the chat rooms I go to is quite amused at my ability to name a song along with it`s year of release and record label. I was also a record collector for years.
