Often I can tell the name of the record company that released a song, as well as the name of the song, and the year of release based on some of the lyrics. I grew up during the rock era and I am a musician myself, and always read the album and 45 info for production credits as well as lineups. Question hi don.t know if this is the title but the refrain was "you didn;t listen to me' you didn't listen to me and now you gotta pay" sounds like maybe the Searchers or some like them. I taped this off the radio bout 25 yrs. ago but no name or title.
Answer I don't recognize those lyrics, I tried to research it but didn't find anything.
Perhaps with a little more info such as the instruments in the song, is it fast or slow,
is the singers voice high or low. Anything about the song that can add to the info would help.
