Classic Rock/70s slow rock song

Question
Hi, I remember my dad playing a slow rock song back in the late 70's when I was a child. I dont know the name of the song nor the artist but I remember some words from the lyrics that goes like "...king of waltz" or "...jocky..." That is all I could remember so far, it is a very slow song with a beautiful lead guitar track in it. I can play the song in my head but I dont remember the lyrics and it is killing me. My dad passed away few months ago and I have been playing the song in my head since. I know the info I provided you is not adequate but I'm trying to see if you recognize it. Thanks a million and God bless you.

Answer
Sorry Jonathan ... my bots have come back with nothing on these lyrics.  I don't recall a song like that, but I am sure that if I heard it, I would smack my forehead and say "of course .....".

Sorry - If you can give me anything else to go on I will keep on trying.

Having grown up during the 70`s, I have a great appreciation for what I consider to be the best music ever recorded. My favourite group from that era is The Eagles and I believe that the summer of 1976 was the best summer for music releases! Ask me anything about any top 40 group from the mid 70`s to the mid 80`s and I am to say with most certainty, that I will be able to provide you with an answer!
