Classic Rock/Classic Rock Song

Question
I heard this classic rock song on the radio the other day and i couldn't think of what it might have been called.  the main chorus is hard to hear,  its sounds like he's muffle it while he says "sweet home Carolina" or "we don't care about her".  There's a steady guitar beat in the background throughout the song that got me hooked and its a softer, calmer rock song.

sorry for the lack of help, but its been killing me i cant find this song.  Hopefully i gave enough info.

Answer
I came up with "Sweet Home Carolina" by B. O'Connor - but this is a parody of "Sweet Home Alabama" by Lynyrd Skynyrd.

Sorry my friend, that wasn't a lot to go on.

You might wat to try and get a hold of some stuff by the Marshall Tucker Band.  They were from South Carolina and wrote a lot of music ABOUT the Carolina's.

Having grown up during the 70`s, I have a great appreciation for what I consider to be the best music ever recorded. My favourite group from that era is The Eagles and I believe that the summer of 1976 was the best summer for music releases! Ask me anything about any top 40 group from the mid 70`s to the mid 80`s and I am to say with most certainty, that I will be able to provide you with an answer!
