Hi Geoff,

Perhaps you can tell me the name of a song. I heard it on a classic rock station last week and cannot find it anywhere.
I think the name he is singing about is Alleah, has a really classic rock/anthem sound. Can you help me with this?

WOW - not a lot of information to go on.  

There is a song done by Donnie Iris entitled "Ah Leah".  Donnie has been recording music since the mid 70's.  He was in Wild Cherry when they had the hit with "Play That Funky Music".  he has a ban called the "The Cruisers" and the song "Ah Leah" was a minor hit in the early 80's and continues to FM radio play to this day.

Having grown up during the 70`s, I have a great appreciation for what I consider to be the best music ever recorded. My favourite group from that era is The Eagles and I believe that the summer of 1976 was the best summer for music releases!
