Have you heard about a band called: SWEETWATER?
Did they open the Woodstock festival?
And ended their carrer soon after that?
Did Jefferson Airplane play any song of that band?

I have heard of Sweetwater, but have notlistened to any of their music. Yes, they were the OPENING band at Woodstock way back in 1969 (I was 5 then!!). There was a connection between them and Jefferson Airplane, but I could not find any evidence that JA ever covered a Sweetwater song.
