i love singing because GOD realy called me to sing,but i just cant hit good notes,cant run ant scale atall to advance my singing and most importantly always reheasing but cant hit high notes well. please help me want to be like TONEX,YOLANDA ADAMS DONNIE MCCLURKLIN e.t.c. help me

I think your best bet is to find a voice teacher.  (I am not one!  You should hear my students yowl when I threaten to sing!)  My first stop, were I you, would be your church music director.  

Then, the best singer in the choir.

Good high notes are result of God-given talent for high notes (maybe you're not a soprano; maybe you're an alto - in which case you will never be able to do a good job bcs you're not "equipped" to do it, no matter your good intentions and trainging).  Also: good breath support while sustaining [high notes], relaxation in the throat, and so on.

You should ask around for other good singers in the congregation.

Also, investigate community choruses.  Directors there will help the entire group of, say, sopranos, and you can pick up good techniques this way.

Students, I do NOT do homework questions. The purpose of answering questions on assignments is not only to learn the information, but to LEARN HOW TO FIND IT. Re-read chapter. Look in the index. Look in the references given at the end of the chapter or elsewhere in the book. You also probably can find the answer using Google. Don't be lazy. I wouldn't be doing you any favors by doing your homework for you! I already know the answer. You don't. You need to find it. MORE IMPORTANTLY, you need to learn HOW to find it. That's the whole purpose of education, after all!
