Answer
Hi,

This is not my area of expertise (I'm a classical music guy), but I'm good at Google searching, so I thought I'd give this a few minutes try.

Here is a site that explains the 2004 controversy about the music sounding the same as "Dry your eyes, mate."

http://www.partypeeps2000.com/news-3684-1.aspx

That site identifies the album name and recording label, and connects it to Michael Gagliano.  But the Revolver Records site doesn't mention Gagliano (just the name of the band Epic and the name of the album Sunshine State).

Searching at the Revolver Records website for Epic and Sunshine State, you get this, and it seems for sale in Britain at this website:

http://revolverrecords.com/album_details.php?product_id=324&id=805

Whether you can purchase this from the US, I don't know.  I don't know why you might not be able to.  it is worth a phone call to the number on Revolver Records website, especially since international calling is so easy and cheap through any number of means, like Skype Out or Google Voice or Jajah.

Good luck.  I hope you can get this for your wedding music.
