Classical Music/Identification help

Question
I am trying to identify the song played in this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IyHYnuCe5go The clip is recorded during actual gameplay so it includes sound effects throughout (it is not my video), and the music starts at :20. It's a very short clip so I don't know if it belongs to a larger classical piece outside the game.

The only things I can tell you: It's from the game Little King's Story which uses mostly public domain classical music for its soundtrack.  The songs are supposed to be well-known, or at least from well-known composers. A soundtrack has not been released, and there is no composer information listed in the credits or anywhere online that I can find. The music is redone specifically for the game, so it may not be exactly like the original. I hope you can help, and thanks for your time!

Answer
Hello, K,

I'm thinking it's the Adagio by Tomaso Albinoni. I tried to verify it on Amazon.com, but their music system is down right now. I'll check again later. But I'm 99% positive that's what it is.

You may be aware that they do have excerpts from some of their CD's online. You can check it yourself as well. This one is available for MP3, so if you feel like spending $1.99 or whatever, you can probably get a listen that way.

PS You're welcome. I'm not always that quick, but it so happens this is a piece I'm almost intimate with. I have string players in my family, and on at least one occasion, I actually listened to this piece in concert with organ and strings as a result.

Expertise

I am no longer answering questions asking me to identify music. Most music is either on YouTube, which crashes my browser, or on another site that crashes my browser. I am available for other questions.

Experience

I have been playing piano since I was 3, and I am now 66 years old. I took formal lessons for about 11 years, and took some piano and organ performance courses in college. I also sang in the Masterworks Chorale for a number of years, and can sing anything from baritone to first soprano. We performed twice a year, usually a major choral work, ranging from requiem masses to Carmina Burana. I also attended recorder society meetings once a month. We would read compositions and perform them together. I took several children to their music lessons and rehearsals and usually stayed and watched intensely. Our children studied violin, viola, flute, guitar, clarinet, French horn, trumpet, and trombone.

Education/Credentials
I studied piano and organ in college, and took courses in music theory. I have also taken seminars in pre-Columbian folk music with Xochimoki, as well as played a short while in a gamelan, and a balalaika orchestra, where I played autoharp.
