That is Elgar's "Pomp and Circumstance" March no. 1. That march has a REALLY famous bit (and this isn't it). The central section of this march is also called "Land of Hope and Glory" -- which is the music many people play, over and over again, while people march at High School graduations. Find the whole thing and you'll see what I mean.

Comment	Thanks David, Ive taken many semesters of music history classes and all I've heard from Elgar is the famous graduation theme. For some reason the instrumentation to me, resembled some scores by John Williams. That was where I exhausted my search. Thanks again James
