I came across this video with a very dynamic soundtrack.  Could you identify this composer?

Are there other composers with similar traits?

That's not part of the classical repertoire.  That's clearly film composer music, probably written for this clip.  I suspect it is mostly (maybe completely) electronic.

The music it seems to be trying to imitate is Carl Orff's Carmina Burana -- which has been used so many times that people don't want to quote it any more, but rather, imitate it.  The bit being imitated is from Carmina Burana's opening and closing sections.
