Do you know anything about John rutter other than his bday and other things you can find on like the first three searches found under his name.  If it helps he has composed Maginfiat, the falcon, and Requium among others

If you've already done a Google search, (with "John Rutter" in quotes), you will find more and decent information if you can visit a decent library.  I know we all get accustomed to thinking we can find what we want on the web, but a trip to a decent library -- either large university with good music library, or large city public library -- will get you quickly to very good sources.  I'd start, if I were you, with the Groves Encylopedia of Music and Musicians.

The first stop at any library on this kind of search is at the desk of a research librarian.  They are there to help with this kind of thing, and they really do like doing it.
