I heard a music student playing this song on my way by a classroom, so I took a quick recording with my phone. I am dying to learn the name of it! Can you help?

This is not in the classical repertoire.  In fact, I am virtually certain that it was improvised, made up probably on the spot.  Perhaps the part (beginning and middle) that comes twice was precomposed by this student, or maybe it is something from the new age world.  But I can virtually guarantee most (if not all) was an improvisation.
