It's the "prelude" from Bach's cello suite in G Major, BWV 1007.

Here's Andras Schiff playing it (Amazon); I think the tempo is rather fast, tho.  Search on <Bach Cello BWV 1007> to find an interpretation you like!  Great piece, isn't it? Look at the other movements of this one and at the others, too.  I think you'll really like them all.
