My daugher is really interested in music.
And, she loves the background music of
"Blue's clues: Discoveries"
It's baby's video tape.

Looks like right hand arpeggio
and left hand main theme:


Could you please tell me the title and composer ?

My kids are also fans of Blues Clues.  I don't know this video, however.  And the information you provide doesn't really help.

My experience with Blues Clues is that the music is original to each show -- that is, composed especially for the show.  You may find information on the VHS box or in the scrolling credits at the end of the show.  If you can find someone responsible for the music, you may then find information about that person by doing a "google" search on the web.
