Question
What is the intense classical music piece that includes a chorus of many voices (possibly latin) and is featured in many movies.

That's the best I can do without humming it.

You are probably talking about the first and last movement (La Fortuna) of Carl Orff's "Carmina Burana."  To make sure we are talking about the same piece, have a listen here:

This is not the greatest performance, but you'll recognize it.  If I'm right, you'll want to get a proper recording of it.  There are many good ones available (check Amazon.com, or also check in your local library, which probably has a CD you can check out).  

Also, take a look at some of the information you can find out about this work on the web.  It is a fascinating work, and the latin translation is surprising.
