I need help identifying the following musical pieces(?)
That's how uneducated I am about classical music. I don't even know what to call them.

First identification I need is for the music/song/gregorian chant(?) type music that starts this video off. It seems to be very popular, so thank the gods for the annonimity of the internet! :p Anyway...from "America: Destroyed By Design"

It would help if Alex would list the music of his soundtracks. Please do not mistake my views for those of Alex Jones, I'm simply an observer. I don't want you to say "screw him, he's a nutcase" and not answer my question. I'm just a music lover who is tearing his hair out because I have so much  trouble identifying classical music! It's hard when you have no knowledge of musical notes and the music has no lyrics to pinpoint it on the internet with.

I know 2 of the 3 answers to your questions.  The choral music in "America Destroyed by Design" is Carmina Burana by Carl Orff.  Yes, it is very popular.  
I don't know the answer to your bagpipe music question.  I have heard the music before.  It is probably a Scotch folk tune, but I don't know the composer.  The violin music is the 2nd movement of Symphony #7 by Beethoven.
