Question
Hello, Kay,

I don't know if you remember me from ccnh message boards. I just ordered your book simply because the preview was so well written and you have a fantastic table of contents. I cannot wait to get it. Any hopes of kindle?

My question is whether or not you have heard anything about study guides and where we can get them.  I've already gotten a great many, but regardless of what Clayton is saying, they have not sent the ones that I requested per their instructions.

Answer
Hi Laura-thank you for ordering my book. I hope it helps you--I'm certain it will.  You must have ordered it from Amazon. It is available as a download on Lulu.com.
As far as obtaining the CCNH study guides, the only thing I can suggest, is for you to try to get them from former students. Go to the CCNH Discussion Board on Facebook and post your requests. Yahoo also has a group for CCNH students. You can keep writing to Clayton and request they send them to you and they still may. But right now you can bet that all they are doing is cranking out grades and graduating students as fast as they can to avoid lawsuits. But keep trying. The squeaky wheel gets the grease. Good luck.
