Clayton College of Natural Health/The Teach Out Program

Question
I'm in the PhD program for Holistic Nutrition, and have paid almost in full for
it. I've only completed 4 courses in the last 2 years due to some personal
setbacks. I was just about to "ramp up" and devote most of my time to
completing my degree when the news hit about Clayton closing.  I did apply
and was accepted for Teach Out (I don't see how they could say no, they have
my money)....My question is ...should I toss all caution to the wind and bury
my head for the next 4 months to complete the remaining 8 or so courses,
plus 3 electives, plus dissertations?  Initially, I read that the dissertation was
not included in what had to be completed by  jan 31...now they are saying it
does.  Or would I be best to cut my losses, sign up for another school and
take my time??

Answer
Well Carolyn, that's a question you are going to have to decide. But ask yourself, do you really think you can complete 11 courses plus a dissertation by Jan 31st?? And even if you decided you could, how much do you think you'd really get out of all of it? If it were me, I'd cut my losses and more on.
