Question
I have been considering enrolling in the University of Natural Medicine but have been hesitant due to past problems with bad customer service. Have you had any recent feedback on the status of the school? Any improvements or more of the same problems?

Answer
Hi Dan-I have had feedback and unfortunately it hasn't been good. UNM still appears lax in getting back to students when it comes to info basic inquiries,  correcting exams, etc. I wish that were not the case because the programs are excellent. But until they get it together as far as that aspect goes, I will not recommend them. I hear there has been improvement from a few years back, but not enough. Sorry.
