Question
Dear Larson,

I want to share some positve news with you and all those who attended CCNH and participated in the Teach-out program.
I received my ND degree certificate ( with Honors mention) a few days ago . I feel very excited .
However I need some guidance  about what to do next in order to be able to start working  as a health professional. I live in Massachusetts which is in my opinion a difficult  state for a traditional naturopath.  Could you offer some advice ?

Best Reagards,

Lyonel

Answer
Dear Lyonel,
Congrats in receiving your ND! Massachusetts is not a licensing state for naturopaths. You are therefore free to practice as a doctor of traditional naturopathy. Remember what you are, a health educator in natural health principles. You are not curing, diagnosing or treating. As long as you stay in those parameters, you should not have a problem in MA.
If you have not read my book, you need to read it. If you have it then re-read it. It is available on www.lulu.com.
I wish you the best!
